RIFC Announcements

This latest RIFC educational event, organized by Lisa Cancelliere, will take place on November 3rd at the LaSalle Academy.

Mr. Farrelly and his brother Peter are the team from Rhode Island who wrote, directed and produced such hits as “There’s Something About Mary,” “Me, Myself and Irene” and many others. (you can check out a filmography here: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0268370 )

Like recent educational events, this one is RSVP only, so please send an email to events@rifcfilms.com stating your name and number attending. Seating is limited, and will be first-come, first served.

The event will take the form of a Q&A, and because we’re expecting far more questions than we’ll have time for, we’re asking you to please submit your questions by email in advance. We’ll select 20 or so, and ask you to repeat your questions at the event. So please, get your questions to us at the same address (events@rifcfilms.com – you can include them with your RSVP). We’re hoping to get all the questions by end of day Wednesday, please.

Finally, because of contractual obligations, Mr. Farrelly has requested that we DO NOT solicit him with scripts or job requests. There are better ways to do that, and the appropriate contact info will be made available. Please don’t come to the event to present a project or try to get hired.
