Brooklyn offers 48 Teams free casting space.

Tony, the generous owner of the Brooklyn Tea and Coffee House on 209 Douglas Ave, is offering any interested teams the use of his space (when not otherwise reserved) for casting calls to support the 48 Hour Film Project.
